Potato Screens for Grading are usually made out of metal or rubber. Recently a large number of customers have come to us at Stevens Belting in search of a rubber-based solution. Our customers have asked us to design them bespoke Potato Screens, in various sizes, diameters and patterns. From the feedback we have received and the repeat business from happy customers, we have noted that the rubber versions of the grading screens tend to far outperform the metal screens; this is in terms of both overall quality and life expectancy.

This is a new sidewall belt that is currently supplied to OEM customers. We can manufacture this type of belt in various widths lengths and height of the sidewall

Solving a problem for a customer handling glass fragments and cullet, the belt is also sidewalled which you cannot see because it is hidden below the green side skirting (customers request) this has eliminated spillage from the edge of the belt and assisted the customer in keeping a cleaner site.
The belt is a durable 2 ply polyurethane Blue belt complete with 40mm high flights and sidewalls.
